This is a view of a pizza/bar restaurant within the Plaza de Armas of Aguas Calientes. Notice the mountains surrounding this small village. There really isn't much room for a town in this valley. However, you will find some decent hotels and some very good restaurants here. One of the best restaurants is the French-run "Indio Feliz." Dishes here include freshly baked quiche lorraine and Urubamba trout smothered in melted butter. So note that looks can be decieving!
