I’m in bonnie Scotland, U.k. I’m not in the right place if there is going to be a polar shift by any means. Yes, one thing is for definite, change is coming with 2012 and that much is definite. However we have to look at some hard facts to get an idea of what could happen.
We will be amongst the first humans in 26,000 yeas to witness the galactic alignment so that is a triumph in itself to be standing at the precipice. But how far is that precipice that we have to cross before we see what we hope is spiritual change and will everyone make it across the precipice?
I just have that gut feeling that for beneficial spiritual change the majority wont be taking that leap, but the few that do make it through this period will feel the awakening, or could it be that such terrible disasters occur that mankind is forced to come together and act as one to get through the turbulent timeshift.
Well, some facts are that all the planets in the solar system are warming up. There have been storms and vast clouds on Neptune and Uranus never seen before. Sunspots seem to be increasing in strength. An x20 was the largest sunspot ever seen, that is until the terrible x40 came along, double in size. These have an detrimental effect on earth but it is the Negative sunspots that worry me, again just a gut feeling that they are the ones to look out for closer to the time.
Global warming is here on earth with Greenland melting and both the poles melting too. Lets not forget the natural phenomena of course that if the Gulf stream is turned off by the dilution of too much fresh cold water then this could also potentially trigger global cooling, a small ice age covering northern Hemisphere. Small, but disastrous for mankind to say the least .
With earthquakes and volcanic activity increasing there is of course the chance at some point the Yellowstone caldera could activate. If that goes then we have global cooling for 5 years and worldwide failure of crops that could be seen to be as bad as a pole shift. At least 70% of the population would perish in such an event. Lets not forget the eruption of the Stratovolcanoe of Tambora, a few Km across in size, which erupted in the year 1815 and led to “the year without any summer” lowering temperatures in the northern hemisphere by between 1 – 3 degrees. A major event, yes, but then consider that the Yellowstone caldera is a mammoth 65km wide and an eruption here would lower global temperatures by at least 20 degrees. http://www.physorg.com/news113754946.html
Will the Increase in geological events here on earth be impacted further by the gravitational pull of the galactic alignment? Could 2012 trigger devastating geological change that takes years if not decades to get through, a process of slow change that sees a shift in mankinds perception of what is truly important, the rediscovery of self, that the lucky few, perhaps a few hundred million will be lucky to see?!. Perhaps.
I cant help but feel that looking back to some of the mysteries of the past is the key. The Summarions believed their gods were "sky gods" and detail an extra planet in the solar system. The name Viracocha reappears in history and seems to give knowledge and the seeding of culture where ever his name is seen. The strange dock of puma punku and large temple complex of Tiahuanaco, near lake Titicaca, where blocks of stone hundred of tonnes in weight were assembled that even modern technology would struggle to put in place. http://www.world-mysteries.com/mpl_6.htm
It seems the more you look the more questions there are. Change is coming, but lets hope it is at a pace we can all keep up with. It seems that we have an inability to cope with sudden change, so we can only hope the mystery unfolds slowly

Gibbo, I am quite amazed at how much knowledge you have expressed in the above post! I apologize for not getting back to you on this information. The first time I read it, I started following the links you provided and then ended up very distant from this post. The references are great! Especially the world-mysteries link.

I do want to say that everything you have expressed in your post seems to be very accurate and has caused me to rethink my life, where I live, and what the best way to survive that which has already started. What you haven't talked about is what is going on inside of us. I feel an awakening happening. Not only within myself, but all over the world. The energy we are now receiving from the galactic alignment is opening up abilities within each and every one of us to experience more of what is in this reality. The opportunities to awaken to everything that is available in this reality is getting brighter as we head towards 2012. Thing is, many of us are going to miss the subtle changes that are occurring due to the fact that we are so engulfed in the material life we have been exposed to. However, we can change it. We just have to start by looking within and realizing that our consciousness is in fact more than our perceived ego. True consciousness is the Creator. Problem is that the ego keeps getting in the way and doesn't want to be left out of the process of creation.
I recently got turned on to a series of video interviews from Oprah.com where she goes through ten week episodes interviewing Ekhart Tolle, author of "A new Earth." You can actually go to http://oprah.com and find the videos available for free. Ekhart Tolle is very insightful on how to help ourselves to get in touch with the Creator within. This is the first step in getting prepared for what is coming in 2012.

Keeping up with changes
Sorry it took so long to get back. Ill be coming back to write up other posts if ok in the near future and look forward to seeing interest grow in creators dream. I have seen many changes in people recently, a spiritual awakening and belief in self, that has amazed me. However this seems to have been balanced by others who have totally shut off from what is important and a type of apathy seems to have set in. I have also kept an eye on world events and discovered many others like myself who have made overwhelming changes to their life looking towards the future. I will be checking in on a regular basis and sharing new discoveries i have made and hope to try and make sense of such changes and there bearing on us as a global people.

Well I last posted about two and a half years ago and return for a short update. The sun is the key to everything here, the bizarre weather across the world, fish kills, bird deaths and mass crustacean deaths and its only going to get more extreme. Is it a coincidence that bees highly sensitive to magnetic changes have been on the decline for a decade? Briefly id like to reply to bean99, just to state that the solar maximum hasn't materialized and isn't going to for some time. To quote WWW.SPACE.COM "

I mention that i was worried about negative sunspots especially and their effect on the earth, well there have been sunspots larger than x40 and gigantic coronal holes jetting out high speed solar winds in our direction. Climate change is regulated ultimately by the sun and its cycles, and not by man. It is my belief that as we align with the milky way center the sun will continue to act oddly. This in turn affects the magnetic fields here on earth. More birds and fish will die, more floods, more drought and more phenomenal blanket snow in Europe and upper hemisphere regions in winter. There might be a stacking event where the breaks between each disaster become less and less until it seems like outright chaos has engulfed the Earth when in actual fact we are just verging on the shift itself. It could well be a partial shift or a full shift. There is evidence in geological rocks to show some shifts have happened in less than five years, bringing with it a ten fold increase in volcanic and seismic activity. It is my belief that there is enough evidence to suggest a shift however small has now begun. The reality is that there is no out running such an event, and that we will truly be living in the star alignment of Aquarius as the Mayans predicted in their final baktun in 2012. The question really should be how to prepare ourselves spiritually for the possible journey ahead. To consider all things past and present and contemplate our realty right here on this earth and the beginning of a new age. Indeed times of change have begun.

Thank you for the update Gibbo! It is really good to hear the last part of your message. Preparing ourselves spiritually is the only journey we have that we can actually work on. The spiritual awakening is happening and the key ingredient is creativity. Finding and developing our creativity is actually a practice which brings us closer to not only the Divine in all that is, but also developing the connection to the Divine within ourselves. There is a connection between the two and once we learn how to maintain the connection, we will be able to truly live as we were meant to live.
